Who owns the content I request?

Content delivered by our writers is owned by you. Royalty free images that are delivered with your article are intellectual property of their respective owners but are licensed for use without attribution. Our writers keep content confidential and articles will not be used for any purpose other than the delivery of the ordered content.

What is your refund policy?

You will be charged immediately upon signing up but if you are unhappy with our service we offer a full refund if your total words requested is 1,000 words or less.

What if I am unhappy with one of my orders?

At this time, we only write articles in English.

How many words can I request?

You can make unlimited content requests and there is no limit to how many words you can request each month. We do limit order requests to 2,000 words.
